Yet another technological advancement in the IoT for Solar sector launched by Logics PowerAMR. The company has recently introduced wireless radio frequency devices for communication between various assets in the Solar IoT Sector. The LoRa and the RF devices are integrated with the PowerAMR IoT Platform. LoRa is a low-power wide-area network protocol LoRa and LoRaWAN permit long-range connectivity for Internet of things (IoT) devices. The same is highly useful and strategic in areas where there is GSM/ Fiber network constraint. The zero export and solar DG synchronization schemes, where there is large distances between the solar inverter and DG sets makes it a very good use case. The company has done successful trials at 4 locations and now commercially launched the same. Mr Dipak Chauracia, Director at Logics PowerAMR affirms its high usability in universities, colleges, schools, hospitals, institutions, industrial sector where solar plant is spread over and covers large distance. The use of wirelss devices also reduces the recurring cost of SIM card and internet. He says "Keeping up with the pace of development and providing customized solutions to our clients, it will be yet another technological and innovative breakthough which the company now propose to its client".
